Mike has a variety of business interests including telecommunications, media, real estate, yacht listings, and venture capital. He's CEO of Online Technology, an Internet services and semiconductor distribution company whose client list include: KBR, Inc. (NYSE:KBR), Raytheon,(NYSE:RTN), Lockheed Martin (NYSE:LMT) and Boeing (NYSE:BA). Originally born into a prominent Chicago political family Mike is an Internet pioneer.
He’s the founder of OTE - Online Technology Exchange a leading global distributor of electronic components and internet services, and developed the world's first online search engine for part numbers, semiconductors and electronic components. Mike launched Online Technology Exchange in early 90’s and published the online part search, distributing semiconductors, Amazon was selling books and just a few others were selling airline tickets online via a BBS System. Mike started building homes in Illinois at 14 years old and went on to become a real estate investor and international distributor of electronic components and provider of Internet services. Currently OTE - Online Technology is a member of the SIX Seattle Internet Exchange at the telecom facility in the Westin Building with some of the world’s top companies including, Google, Microsoft, Dell, Akamai, Adobe, Blizzard Entertainment, Tencent, Verisign, Facebook, Hughes Network , PCH, Dropbox, Dyn, Charter Communications, Greenhouse Data, Open DNS, Telus, Adobe, Energy Science Network at LBNL, Netflix, Twitter, Spacex, Yahoo and Zillow. He is also a member of the Tampa Internet Exchange and licensed supert yacht broker. Mike’s an artist, publisher, designer, enjoys reading, education, yoga and boating.

Max McDade is a Kentucky based real estate investor and developer with current real estate investments encompassing commercial, agriculture, and industrial assets and ownership interests in the completed McDade Family master planned golf course community and marina project. Max is a 5th+ generation Kentucky native with past family ownership interests in one of the largest Kentucky and Tennessee highway construction companies, and as operators of regional asphalt plants. Early in Max’s career he managed as many as 200 employees as the family business participated in federal, state, and local road construction projects. In the early 2000’s Max begin developing his real estate assets and exploring opportunities in organic farming and other agricultural investments. He went on to receive his organic farming certificate from the University of Vermont. He now incorporates his extensive knowledge into his agriculture, soil amendment, and R&D activities. He currently holds a Kentucky hemp cultivation license. Most recently Max formed a new company Habitat Innovative Solutions Inc. (HIS) which is based in Hickman, Kentucky. HIS purchased a 75,000 sq. ft warehouse facility on 17 acres located next to the Hickman, Kentucky Riverport. The port is located on the Mississippi River near Cargill’s and Bunge’s riverport commodity operations. The adjacent HIS 17-acre Innovation hub is strategically located next to river, rail, and roadway corridors giving HIS direct access to all global markets.
