Max McDade is a Kentucky based real estate investor and developer with current real estate investments encompassing commercial, agriculture, and industrial assets and ownership interests in the completed McDade Family master planned golf course community and marina project. Max is a 5th+ generation Kentucky native with past family ownership interests in one of the largest Kentucky and Tennessee highway construction companies, and as operators of regional asphalt plants. Early in Max’s career he managed as many as 200 employees as the family business participated in federal, state, and local road construction projects. In the early 2000’s Max begin developing his real estate assets and exploring opportunities in organic farming and other agricultural investments. He went on to receive his organic farming certificate from the University of Vermont. He now incorporates his extensive knowledge into his agriculture, soil amendment, and R&D activities. He currently holds a Kentucky hemp cultivation license. Most recently Max formed a new company Habitat Innovative Solutions Inc. (HIS) which is based in Hickman, Kentucky. HIS purchased a 75,000 sq. ft warehouse facility on 17 acres located next to the Hickman, Kentucky Riverport. The port is located on the Mississippi River near Cargill’s and Bunge’s riverport commodity operations. The adjacent HIS 17-acre Innovation hub is strategically located next to river, rail, and roadway corridors giving HIS direct access to all global markets.
